Veterinary Check & Health Guarantee

Within 3–5 days of receiving your puppy, you must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a full health check. If your veterinarian diagnoses an illness within 14 days of purchase that was contracted before delivery, you must contact us immediately.

We guarantee that your puppy is healthy, secure, and free from signs of infection at the time of shipping.

If, within one year of purchase, your puppy passes away due to a certified health condition or develops a serious genetic disorder that negatively affects their quality of life, we will replace the puppy with another of equal value at no additional cost. A licensed veterinarian must certify the cause of death or disorder, and you must provide us with a copy of the official health report.

Although we understand that no puppy can truly be replaced due to emotional attachment, we offer this replacement policy to help ease the burden during an unfortunate situation.

• Continue regular veterinary care and health checkups

• Follow proper deworming and vaccination schedules

We vaccinate and deworm your puppy before shipping and ensure all vaccinations are age-appropriate at the time of delivery. You should continue routine care and regular health examinations through at least 16 weeks of age and beyond to keep your puppy healthy and thriving.
